Returns Policy

At Cookie Dough Bliss & Creamery, your happiness is our priority. If you’re unhappy with your order, we’re here to make things right! Reach out within 30 days of ordering, let us know the issue, and if it makes sense for the situation, we’ll handle refunds and/or get a new box sent your way. We want to ensure every customer enjoys the experience we intend with Cookie Dough Bliss & Creamery.

Melted Ice Packs

If your ice packs have melted, don’t worry! While our dough is safe at room temperature for two weeks, if your order arrives warm or hot to the touch, we’ll send you a fresh box. If it arrives at room temperature, simply pop it in the fridge and enjoy at your leisure.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

Delivered but not received: Claims for packages marked “delivered” but not received must be made within 2 days of the delivery date and no later than 15 days to ensure it wasn’t misdelivered or easily found around the premises.

Presumed lost: Claims for packages presumed lost (status not “delivered”) must be filed after 2 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Incorrect Addresses

Shipments returned to sender or requiring re-routing due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier. Please double-check your addresses!

Order Cancellations

Please note that orders placed between 12 PM PST Monday and 12 PM PST Tuesday cannot be canceled or refunded, as we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Thank you for your understanding!

Refunds

Any refunds processed will be completed within 5-7 business days.
