First Multi-Unit Franchisee Team to Expand in the Greater Houston Area

Cookie Dough Bliss & Creamery, a renowned brand celebrated for its unique and delightful range of cookie dough treats and creamy delights, is thrilled to announce the addition of its first-ever Multi-Unit Franchisee to the family. Kevin Coffman and Ryan Moon, brothers-in-law and a formidable duo with a proven track record in franchise operations, have committed to developing five new locations across the Greater Houston Area.

“We are beyond excited to welcome Kevin and Ryan to the Cookie Dough Bliss family. Their extensive experience in managing and growing multiple franchise brands, including Goldfish Swim Schools, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Parks, and D-Bat, brings invaluable insight and expertise to our expansion efforts,” said Brandon Edwards, Brand Creative Director at Cookie Dough Bliss & Creamery. “Their commitment to developing five new locations is a testament to the potential and appeal of our brand in the vibrant Houston market.”

Besides the delectable range of edible cookie dough and ice cream that has garnered praise and built a loyal clientele, Cookie Dough Bliss stands out for its unique approach to franchise ownership. The brand is one of the few franchise systems offering stock options in the holding company, reflecting a commitment to creating enterprises, not just jobs, for franchisees. This innovative model ensures accessibility with a low financial entry point, while multi-unit opportunities combined with stock options offer a pathway for substantial growth and vested interest in the brand’s success.

Coffman and Moon’s franchise journey began in 2017 with their first Urban Air Adventure Park in Pasadena, Texas. The success of this venture led them to open a second location and expand into Goldfish Swim School. Coffman, who started in small business finance and is a father of four, believes in the importance of family support in business. Moon, an entrepreneur since his days at the University of Houston, also values family involvement and cherishes time with his wife Kandace and their two children, alongside a passion for travel.

“Our journey with Cookie Dough Bliss & Creamery marks a significant milestone for us. We were captivated by the brand’s innovative approach to traditional cookie dough and ice cream, and we are eager to bring this experience to the people of Houston,” said Kevin Coffman and Ryan Moon. “Our expertise in franchise operations, coupled with our family-driven approach, will be instrumental in ensuring that these new locations are not only strategically situated but also embody the essence of what Cookie Dough Bliss represents.”

The expansion plan in the Greater Houston Area reflects Cookie Dough Bliss & Creamery’s commitment to growing its footprint and providing more communities with its unique and high-quality offerings. The brand continues to seek passionate individuals and teams who are enthusiastic about bringing the joy of Cookie Dough Bliss to their local markets.
